Why Work With The Bassett Team?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Becky and Grainne were wonderful and easy to work with. They were quick to respond and knowledgeable of the local market. We truly felt they gave great advice and had our best interest at heart.
Seller, Kennebunk
Becky and The Bassett Team helped me find my first home. Their local knowledge and professionalism within the industry is second to none. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home in Southern Maine. You will find no better group of hard working and kind people!
Buyer, Arundel
We had a great experience with the Bassett Team even in a time with a lot of questions and uncertainty. Our timing was unfortunate as we were scheduled to hit the market right as Covid-19 took over, we had a wonderful site done for the property, but were uncertain about listing, and delayed several months. We did eventually list, but it was probably too early based on the responses from buyers and continued surrounding uncertainty. In the end our home received multiple offers and sold for above asking. Communication around closing was clear, as well as what was expected of us.
Sellers, Kennebunkport
This was our second sale in the past two years. Very efficient and professional throughout the entire process. Everything went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend them.

If you need a real estate broker who is savvy, skilled, experienced, even tempered, knows the market inside-out, can counsel you after careful listening, is highly respected in the area, and a total pleasure to deal with, look no further. It's Becky Bassett. We have worked with Becky for over 17 years. She is candid and will tell you what she's sees as the pros and cons of each property after taking the time to understand your goals.... and your dreams. Becky is the consummate professional and a kind, caring human being. We trust her. You can too.
Ellen. Buyer and Seller, Kennebunk
Becky and Grainne were phenomenal. Not only were they super responsive and knowledgeable about the market and the process of buying a home, but their calming energy and senses of humor were a pleasure. Even AFTER the closing I had some questions, and they continued to be quick to answer texts. They also have a treasure trove of vendors if you are in need of any repairs or additions to your home. This especially helped as an out of state purchaser. Highly recommend. 11 of of 10!
Dan & Jon, Buyers, Old Orchard Beach
Becky Bassett and Grainne Archer, the Bassett Team, are phenomenal to work with. Over the last year, they were our agents for finding and purchasing a new home, and for selling our existing home and two parcels of land, all in just five months during an ever-changing and complex real estate market. As buyers agents for us, they were amazingly efficient and helpful. They set up many short notice viewing appointments and put together several immediate deadline offers. They were readily available and always responsive. The same was true when we sold our house and land parcels. They are a wealth of real estate knowledge, they know their market, and they can help you find people who can help you get things done when needed. Most important, Becky and Grainne are both wonderful positive people who really care about their buyers and sellers. When you are down, they lift you up, and when there are problems, they find solutions. The Bassett Team is great!
Bob & Jane, Buyer and Seller, Kennebunk and Wells
I worked with Becky and Grainne to buy and turned to them later to sell the same property. They went above and beyond in both transactions and I highly recommend them. Professional and personable.
Marcie, Buyer & Seller, Kennebunk
Wow. These ladies were gracious, down to earth, knowledgeable, and on top of the details. So appreciative of their team approach as we were out of state sellers with a vacant property. They took care of us and were in communication regularly and available with good counsel when we needed answers. I recommend them highly!
Heather, Seller, Wells
When I was looking to buy a home, my friend Gail referred me to Becky. She described Becky as "a real go-getter!” Gail said that after so many months of not having enough showings and being disappointed in her realtor, she let go of him and went with Becky. Suddenly she had many showings, had good advice, and was quickly able to sell her home. After working with Becky, I felt that Gail was right. Becky worked just as hard for me as she did for Gail and I am so happy in my new home!
