We had a great experience with the Bassett Team even in a time with a lot of questions and uncertainty. Our timing was unfortunate as we were scheduled to hit the market right as Covid-19 took over, we had a wonderful site done for the property, but were uncertain about listing, and delayed several months. We did eventually list, but it was probably too early based on the responses from buyers and continued surrounding uncertainty. In the end our home received multiple offers and sold for above asking. Communication around closing was clear, as well as what was expected of us.
